xAutomations – Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from xAutomations.io (“xAutomations,” “we,” “our”). Because our products are delivered digitally and/or as on-demand services, refund rules differ from those for physical goods. This Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how approved refunds are processed.
2. Eligibility Window

3. Non-Refundable Items & Situations
- Digital downloads and instant-delivery files.
- Fees paid to third-party platforms (e.g., payment-processing or marketplace fees) that are non-returnable to us.
- Promotional bundles that explicitly state “no refunds” at checkout.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Chargebacks filed through your card issuer before contacting us.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@xautomations.io from the address used for purchase.
- Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
- Requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and evaluated within 5 business days.
If approved, we will refund the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorised or made in error, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without giving us an opportunity to resolve the matter may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any active credits.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and become effective immediately unless stated otherwise.
